Air Compressor
Our industrial Air Compressor delivers a steady and energy-efficient supply of compressed air to support pneumatic tools, cleaning, and automated equipment. Designed for reliability and low maintenance, it ensures smooth operations and consistent performance across the manufacturing process.
Oil Filling Machine
Our high-performance Oil Filling System uses vacuum-assisted filling, filtration, and degassing to ensure moisture-free and contaminant-free insulating oil. With multi-stage filtration and PLC-controlled accuracy, it delivers clean and consistent oil filling for transformers of all sizes - ensuring long life and electrical stability.
Mark Screw Air Compressor
The Mark Screw Air Compressor provides a steady and energy-efficient supply of compressed air for continuous manufacturing operations. Compact, low-noise, and low-maintenance, it plays an essential role in powering industrial tools and equipment across our facility.
Electric Oven
Our industrial Electric Oven offers precise temperature control and uniform heat distribution for heating, drying, and curing applications. It ensures consistent output, energy efficiency, and long-term durability - supporting various thermal processes in transformer manufacturing.
Vacuum Plant Dry Type
This high-efficiency vacuum unit removes moisture, air, and impurities from windings and insulation systems. By creating deep vacuum levels, it significantly improves the dielectric strength and reliability of dry-type transformers, ensuring long operational life.
Vacuum Plant Heater
Our Vacuum Heater is designed for controlled heating and moisture removal of transformer components under vacuum conditions. By combining uniform heat application with deep vacuum processing, it enhances insulation dryness, improves dielectric strength, and ensures long-term reliability and stable electrical performance.
QC & Testing Machines
Our QC and testing machines ensure precise validation of every component throughout manufacturing. The system delivers accurate measurements, repeatable inspection results, and strict compliance with BIS, BEE, and IEC standards, while supporting dimensional checks, hardness testing, insulation analysis, and ensuring high mechanical and electrical reliability.
